The W Family loved their beautiful home but had outgrown its main level. Meanwhile, a spacious attic sat unused, full of untapped potential. They needed creative space planning to expand upward without disrupting the character of their home. Ink Works Studio identified the ideal location for a new stairwell, designed the structural upgrades required to support a full second floor, and reworked the Primary Suite and laundry on the main level. The once-unused attic is now a bright, functional living area that gives each daughter her own space and restores breathing room for the entire family—all without moving from the home they love.
