The O Family purchased a unique lakefront property for its stunning views, but years of piecemeal additions had left the home disjointed and unsafe, with varying floor levels and awkward circulation. They needed a cohesive, functional design that would unify the space for family gatherings and lake living. Ink Works Studio developed a renovation plan that reorganized the home by grouping similar activities on each level, added a main-floor guest bath, and relocated the Primary Suite to maximize lake views. Construction was strategically phased to allow the family to remain in the home throughout the process. Completed in 2025 by Mosier Construction, the renovated home is now a harmonious, light-filled retreat that celebrates the lake and serves the family’s needs beautifully for years to come.
