With five growing boys and a full household, every inch of the T family’s home was in constant use. They needed more living space, a dedicated home office, guest accommodations, and parking that could finally keep up with family life. Ink Works Studio designed a detached three-car garage topped with a guest suite and home office. Between the new structure and the main house, we created a reimagined patio space with covered and tiered areas for gatherings large and small. The addition transformed the property into a functional, flexible retreat for work, family, and play—giving the T family room to grow, entertain, and breathe easy again.
